Summer is Here!

The heat of summer has arrived and Mom took me to the beach with one of my best buds, Remy.

Two years ago, Remy and I enjoyed going to the beach together but always kept strict boundaries between us.

Now, older and more mature, we understand the importance of cooperation. Check out our luxurious beachside pool!

Wondering why we're wearing floaties in our shallow pool?

....Just in case we needed to do this:

Happy Father's Day!

Today is the day we celebrate the most important man in our life...our Dad! He is so special to us and we love him so much.

So we decided to give him some special gifts. Camila knew it was time to give Dad some hugs and cuddles since he's been giving a lot of those to her lately. Here they are cuddling on the couch at our great grandma's house.

And I had heard some rumors that my Dad really really likes to play golf. So I took him out for a day on the links.

First, I had to help him brush up on his putting skills.  Can you believe that he didn't know how to hold a golf club?

Then, I showed him how you can make a hole-in-one every time.
It's a fairly simple technique. But it's top secret and I will only be able to tell you if we ever play golf together.

Happy Half Birthday To Me!

Guess who's 6 months old today?!!

So here I was presented with this lovely arrangement of bananas and blueberries.

What were my parents thinking....that I would just sit here (yes, I can sit up now) and look pretty for the camera??

Clearly, they don't know me very well...

Congrats, Daddy!

Early this morning Mom whisked us away in the car for a very special event. She kept telling us that we were going to watch Dad run. How is that special, you ask? Well, he is one of many thousands of crazy people who find joy in running 26.2 miles. Here he is stopping to say hello

After giving him a special Sara/Camila power boost (aka hug and kiss), we sent him off running again. The leg cramping at the end of the race didn't even stop him from finishing.
Congratulations, Dad! We are so proud of you!
