Boy was I wrong!! Next thing I know, I am rudely awakened from a nap, being held down by my arms and legs, and I am staring into the face of this doctor with funny glasses (nothing like my dad's). He pushes my tongue back ( which really infuriates me) then comes at me with scissors. Yup, you read that right- SCISSORS!!! He was cutting my frenulum.
Oh yeah. Frenulum. You know, that tendon that connects your mouth to your tongue. Well, mine was a little too connected to my tongue. It was making feeding time a little difficult and could cause me to have trouble talking properly when I'm older.
STILL! Can you believe my parents told him to do this to me?? I was so angry.

oh baby!!! That picture breaks my heart, I almost shed a tear thinking about little Sara going through that pain. I'm glad she's ok now...that must have been very painful. She's such a doll.
